Please note all vendors are required to hold and supply Certificate Of Conduct documents etc 

- Public & Products Liability Insurance COC (min $10,000,000 noting CHOPPED as an interested party)

- Motor Vehicle Registration & Insurance COC (comprehensive cover at a minimum)

- *Work Cover or **Income Protection or **Personal Accident Insurance

* If a company you will need to provide Work Cover COC

** If a sole trader or partnership, you will need to provide proof that you have income protection of some form of personal accident insurance
